8 ounces well-chilled Mozzarella cheese 2 ounces asiago or room temperature Parmesan cheese 1/2 each red, green, and yellow bell peppers 1 16-ounce (12 inch) ready-made Italian bread/pizza shell 1/2 cup prepared pizza sauce 1 pound medium uncooked shrimp -- peeled and deveined 1 tablespoon olive oil -- preferably extra-virgin 2 cloves garlic -- minced

Heat oven to 450?F. Fit Salad Shooter electric slicer-shredder with shredding cone. Shred Mozzarella cheese into a medium bowl and asiago cheese into a small bowl. Cut the bell pepper halves into quarters. Fit Salad Shooter with slice cone, stack pepper slices in the food chamber and slice into a medium bowl. Stir-fry shrimp in oil with garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes. Add pepper strips; continue to stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through. Place bread shell on baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly over bread shell, add shrimp, and peppers; top with Mozzarella and Asiago cheeses. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Cut into wedges.
