Combine yeast and warm water in large bowl; stir to dissolve. Stir in honey, mustard, butter, 1 egg, salt, turmeric and 2 cups flour. Mix in enough additional flour to make a soft dough.
On lightly floured surface, knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 to 10 minutes. Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Punch dough down. Roll dough to 8 ? 12-inch rectangle. Roll up from short end. Pinch seam and ends to seal. Place in greased 9 ? 5 ? 3-inch loaf pan. Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Make four diagonal slashes, 1/2-inch deep, on top of loaf. Lightly beat remaining egg; brush on loaf.
Bake at 400?F for 45 minutes or until done. Cover with foil after 30 minutes to prevent excess browning. Remove from baking pan and cool on wire rack.
