2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- softened 3/4 cup creamed honey 1 tablespoon brandy * Dash ground nutmeg
Preparation
Beat butter in small bowl until creamy. Gradually stir in honey; beat until smooth. Stir in brandy and nutmeg. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Use as a spread on quick breads or dollop on grilled chicken.
