1 1/2 pounds asparagus -- cleaned and cut in pieces 1/4 cup water 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley 1 teaspoon prepared mustard 1/2 teaspoon onion salt 1/8 teaspoon white pepper

In 2 quart microproof casserole combine asparagus and water. Cover. Cook on High (maximum power) 6 to 7 minutes, or until tender, stirring once during cooking time; drain.
Combine remaining ingredients, mixing lightly to coat asparagus. Cook on High (maximum power) 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
Two packages (9 ounces each) frozen cut asparagus can be substituted for fresh asparagus; omit water. Total Cooking Time: 7 to 9 minutes.
