Line serving plate with warmed flour tortillas. Prepare omelet. Grate Jack and Cheddar cheeses. Sprinkle over open-faced omelet. Place under broiler until cheese is melted. Sprinkle on jalape?os, crushed red peppers and cooked, smoked bacon pieces.
