Ingrediants
1/2 cup softened unsalted butter (1 stick) -- cut in pieces 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup pecans -- toasted
Preparation
In blender or food processor, blend butter, honey and pecans until smooth, occasionally scraping down sides of container if necessary. Makes about 1 cup.
Spread may be made ahead. Cover and refrigerate up to one week. Serve at room temperature.
