Peel and slice grapefruit into 1/2-inch-thick rounds. Gently toss grapefruit rounds and 2 tablespoons honey; refrigerate until ready to serve. Combine yogurt, remaining 2 tablespoons honey, grapefruit peel and almond extract in small bowl; mix well. Spoon grapefruit into individual dishes. Top with yogurt sauce; sprinkle with almonds.
