1/2 cup cream cheese -- softened 1/4 cup unsalted butter -- softened 1/2 cup apricot preserves or jam
Preparation
Beat cream cheese and butter together with a wooden spoon, an electric mixer or in a food processor until creamy. Add the preserves, beating until blended. Spoon into serving bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
