4 cups Florida avocado -- diced medium 2 cups Florida grape or cherry tomatoes 2 cups cucumber -- peeled and diced medium 1 cup Florida red onion -- diced small 4 tablespoons fresh Florida cilantro -- chopped 2 teaspoons fresh Florida garlic -- minced 2 tablespoons Florida lime juice 1/4 cup olive oil Salt and fresh black pepper to taste
