2 pounds boneless top loin roast 1/4 cup orange marmalade 1 8-ounce can Mandarin oranges -- drained

Place roast in shallow pan, coat with marmalade and place in preheated 325?F oven. Roast until meat thermometer reads 155-160?F. Let roast rest 5-10 minutes before slicing. Garnish servings with mandarin oranges.
