Ingrediants
2 cups light brown sugar 1/2 cup milk 1 pound pecan halves 1 tablespoon vinegar Grated rind of 2 oranges
Preparation
Combine sugar and milk in saucepan. Add vinegar. Boil until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Pour mixture over pecan halves. Add grated rind and stir until nuts are coated.
