Spray a 10-inch skillet with cooking spray for 2 seconds; over medium heat, lightly brown chicken on both sides. Combine lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire and hot pepper sauce; pour over chicken. Cover; simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is done. Sprinkle walnuts and cheese over chicken.

In large bowl, mix 1 cup all-purpose flour, undissolved yeast and salt. Heat water, bran, margarine and honey until very warm (125? to 130?F); stir into dry ingredients. Mix in whole wheat flour and enough remaining all-purpose flour to make soft dough. On lightly floured surface, knead until smooth and elastic, about 4 to 6 minutes. Cover; let rest on floured surface 10 minutes.
Divide dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll each to 4 ? 6-inch oval. Roll up tightly from short ends. Pinch seams to seal; taper ends. Place rolls, seam-sides down, on large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Spray rolls with cooking spray. Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 20 to 30 minutes.
With sharp knife, make 3 diagonal slashes, 1/4-inch deep, on each roll. Brush with egg and sprinkle with cheese, if desired. Bake at 400?F for 20 minutes or until done. Remove from sheet; cool on wire rack.
